CONDITIONS OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS:

Term during which you can return or exchange the goods:

· 14 days from the next day of receipt of the goods.

· In some cases (individually) we consider returning or exchanging goods later than 14 days.

Which product is not subject to return or exchange:

· Used goods.

· A product that has lost its marketable appearance or consumer properties.

· Goods with damaged seals, labels, or original packaging.

· Goods that were brought by pre-order for a specific customer.

· Goods that are not subject to return according to the law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights of consumers"

Who pays the transport costs associated with the return or exchange of goods:

· If the goods did not arrive as a result of an error of employees of the company All for a cold - transport expenses on return are paid by us.

· If the goods did not come through no fault of the employees of our company - the return of the goods is paid by the buyer.

How to return the goods:

· It is mandatory to first agree on a return with the employees of the company Everything for the cold. This can be done by any communication channel convenient for you.

· The parcel must not be sent by cash on delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to get it.

· After sending the parcel, we need to provide us with the declaration number so that we can track and receive your return.

How to return money for returned goods:

· Refunds are agreed at the return agreement stage.

· Funds are returned in different ways, depending on the way they were deposited.

· Funds are not refundable by cash on delivery.
