Circuit breakers

A fuse is an electrical structure made of glass or ceramic (porcelain). The structure consists of a pair of segments:

-casing made of electrical insulating material;

-fusible insert (light-alloy electromechanical conductor).

Fuses can be by design:

-blade,

-conical,

- cylindrical,

-with slow response time,

-fast.
